We,Call Talk Care Pvt. Ltd.are an internet-based mobile phone application, and this document uses the words "we," "Call Talk Care Pvt. Ltd.," and "Call Talk" interchangeably, and "you" and "users" interchangeably.
The expression "we" covers Call Talk and its current or former employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated corporations.
The users' right to privacy is of paramount importance to the Call Talk community.
We take data security and privacy with critical importance. We are committed to a no-leak and no-disclosure policy, ensuring that any private and sensitive data receives appropriate protection. Users and counsellors are in control and can decide what to share and what to keep private.
Any information you share with us voluntarily is redacted, obscured, and secured from unauthorized access, including employees of Call Talk.
We only retain the minimum basic information like name, age, and email ID for registration.
However, Call Talk may, with your implied permission, use the basic information to provide a more personalized experience.
Call Talk stores all user data in secure formats to prevent leakage or misuse. We do not collect or store "sensitive personal data" beyond what is legally permitted. Users are actively advised not to share sensitive personal information.
In general, you can visit Call Talk's portal without revealing your identity. Only in specific cases (registration, payments, etc.) do we request necessary information, used strictly as per this Policy.
Call Talk may disclose information when required by law or court order, or to investigate unlawful activities, suspected fraud, or risks to safety.
Call Talk functions as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
